- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with quarterly stock takes
- Assist with cycle counts
- Accurately check stock including expiry dates in and out of branch
- Assist in stock level control
- Assist with filing of stock transfers and appro’s
- To timeously notify line-manager and sales representative of loan set or stock variances/discrepancies
- Assist in preparation for, and executing of, stock take procedures
- Deliver and Collect stock and instruments to and from hospitals and airport
- To accurately check and pack loan set equipment as directed
- To accurately prepare loan set and stock documentation
- Pack, check, deliver and collect loan sets as per call out roster
- Assist with organization of stock and instruments according to operation booking procedure
- Wash and re-pack loan sets on receipt into branch
- Daily collate courier and company POD’s
- REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work after hours and prepared to do call
- Previous experience working with hospital loan sets an advantage
- Computer literacy
- Accuracy and adherence to work procedure essential
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans
