Salary:R 5 500 + Incentive + Commission
Location: Diep River, Cape Town
Shifts: Monday – Friday (Rotational shifts 08:00 – 20:00)

Duties Include:
• Processing inbound and outbound calls to both new prospects and existing clients
• Accurately capturing all the application details on the relevant systems and processing the application
• Informing customers in a diplomatic, empathetic and professional manner as to the outcome of their enquiry
• Ensuring that all follow-ups made to customers and that their queries are resolved and concluded
• Completing the contract whilst complying with all compliance regulations
• The prompt and correct answering of all incoming calls to ensure professional service and assistance at all times
• Effectively resolve all customers queries by having sound product and system knowledge
• Suggesting changes or improvements to call guides, sales or service procedures that could benefit the department
• Meet and maintain that all standards and targets set for the department
Requirements:
• Matric
• ITC and Criminal Clear
• Minimum of 6 months Sales experience within a call centre environment]
• Financial Services Industry experience
• Financial Services Legislation experience
• Understanding of Credit & Debt
• Excellent negotiation, persuasive and objection handling skills
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• 30 Short Term FAIS credits and RE is essential if you have sold insurance products before 2012 ** Please stipulate if you have sold Insurance products before 2012 **
