The Lodge Anchor would relieve the Assistant Lodge Manager and would be required to perform all duties relevant to this position. The Lodge Anchor needs to ensure that all guest requirements and expectations are exceeded continuously and ensure the efficient and safe running of all daily operations. The ideal individual must be able to multi-task, be self-motivated and have a good understanding of the F&B department, particularly wine, cigar, and cheese, as well as housekeeping and front office operations. Exceptional Food and Beverage knowledge, financial management ability & good computer literacy are important for this role. Taking a hands-on approach in all aspects of the lodge and oversee administration and stock control. A minimum of 4 year s work experience in a well-recognized five star hotel or world class lodge, as an assistant manager.
