We are currently looking for an experienced LODGE ANCHOR to join the team of a beautiful, 5 star lodge, located in the Mpumalanga province, where four lodges can be found in the Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve and Kruger National Park.
The main responsibility of Lodge Anchor is to assist in ensuring the ultimate Guest experience at the Reserve, maintaining the “at home” personal attention levels. Daily and relief duties include a rotation between Stock Control, Admin, Service and Reception.
Key Focus Areas for this job:
Guest Liaison, Guest Relations and Complaint handling;
Day and evening hosting duties;
Strong lodge operational skills and knowledge;
Competent in administration and stock control.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
Grade 12 (essential)
Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management (advantageous)
MS Office Suite Proficiency
1-2 Years’ experience in similar role
Lodge experience
Previous 5-star experience
Outstanding hosting & guest interaction skills
Organizational skills with great attention to detail
Salary: Market Related, depending on skills and experience, Live-In.
