OverviewA luxury lodge in the Eastern Cape is currently recruiting for a Maintenance manager to oversee all maintenance at the lodge - plumbing, electrical (domestic + high voltage), refrigeration, air conditioning, building, carpentry, waste management, water desalination plant, generators, Thatching and other general projects. Remuneration: Salary R 10 000.00 Single status Live In – pay minimal fee for accommodation and pay for their electricity usage Requirements: 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Manager in a game Reserve / Lodge environmentMust be experienced / qualified (Trade Tested) / NQ 3- 4 level - in at least one of the following disciplines: Electrical (single and three phase)PlumbingRefrigeration and Air-conditioning - preferablePreferable: some experience in some of the following – Plumbing, Sewage treatment systems, water treatment systems, building and general maintenance Drivers Licence with PDP - preferable Job Specification: Day to day maintenance around the lodge and buildingsProject MaintenanceReserve maintenance , fence repairs , roads maintenanceSmall scale basic construction work and buildingElectrical, plumbing repairs ongoingAir conditioners / Refrigeration Kitchen appliance maintenance
