Tertiary Hospitality / Lodge Management Diploma or similar ESSENTIAL. FGASA Level 1 or 2 with back up trails qualification + ARH will be an advantage. Previous Hospitality Management experience. Good Food & Beverage background knowledge. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel. Pastel knowledge an advantage. Financial knowledge and acumen. - Control, manage and maintain excellent operational standards - cost control, stock control, quality control in food & beverage etc.- Ensuring highest level of guest and staff satisfaction- Planning, organising, directing and controlling the day to day running of the operation to achieve financial targets- Dealing with all financial aspects of the operations- Dealing with labour issues- Reporting on the daily, weekly and monthly progression of the Lodge Operations- Establishing excellent relationships with guests, and staff team in order to ensure satisfaction levels remain on a high
