Min of 5 years HR management experience in a 5* environment

Ensure the ultimate guest experience at this 5* Lodge, maintaining the “at home” personal attention levels and
ensuring the efficient, effective and professional management of all departments.

Staff management with focus on succession planning, training and development
• Manager processes relating to counselling, performance reviews, disciplinary/grievance procedures and annual wage negotiations
• Manage and review departmental structures, recruitment and interviewing processes, the induction program and exit procedures
• Budget and Financial control, compiling daily and monthly reports
• Oversee accurate completion of all administration tasks, such as payroll, debtor statements, stock control and month end procedures for all departments, banking,
invoices, petty cash, creditor accounts, leave and overtime reconciliations
• Secretary for Employment Equity committee, responsible for the annual skills

Salary R 18 000 including accommodation with company benefits.
