Logistics & Expediting Supervisor
Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:
? 10 years previous logistics and expediting experience
? Advanced experience on piping, fittings, flanges, steel and valves in all grades of material
? Advanced experience on the latest MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other relevant computer software
? Excellent interpersonal skills
? Must be computer literate
? Valid driver’s license

Main Responsibilities:
? Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
? Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
? Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and customers
? Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
? Arrange warehouse, goods, plan routes and process deliveries / collections
? Resolve any arising problems or complaints
? Supervise, coach and train store / transport workforce
? Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
? Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
? Receiving stock
? Plan the delivery
? Obtain proof of delivery/pick up
? Handle discrepancies in deliveries

? Prepare for stock count
? Count stock
? Perform post stock count housekeeping functions
