Organize and manage all import activities such as, arranging transport of all materials through consolidation and communication with freight forwarders and Global Logistics, preparing and managing all documentation relating to customs and clearance of all materials (NTM, LEAF, Spare Parts and Equipment).
Work in close collaboration with Local Customs Authorities and company audit firm to ensure compliance with legislation.

Responsibilities:
• Communicate with PPO department in order to get information about goods, and find the best transport mode, filling enquiries, collecting freight offers, arranging transport, collecting and checking documentation
• Preparing documents for customs purposes(Customs Officers, Department of Agriculture inspectors, FYTO Inspectors, etc)
• Constantly communicate with customs and forwarding agency, Global logistics and other relevant departments, in order to resolve any possible issue on time. Finalize customs procedure, collect documents, complete them for WHS and Finance
• Monitor, manage and communicate local logistics KPIs to freight forwarder and all relevant parties to ensure high level of customer service and proactively address areas of improvement
• Responsible for managing all import and export activities according to legislation and company needs/requirements.
Responsible for all documents ad records which are relevant for customs purposes are retained and accessible for tax audits
• Maintain necessary communication with official parties regarding the customs process in conjunction with Legal and Corporate Affairs
• To perform any other tasks as instructed by the direct manager.

Minimum Requirements

• National Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in an FMCG environment
• Fully Proficient in MS Office
• Preferably experience in SAP ERP R/3 ERP systems
