Maintains record of all outgoing and incoming shipments and invoices using a well known and updated established system.

-Verifies document and checklist are accurate and complete and retrieves data or correspondence from files within an appropriate time frame.

-Receive and check purchase request against inventory records and stock on hand and examine orders and compile data for production schedules.

-Requisition supplies from stock and send orders to production department and other departments and update inventory and stock location records.

-Count incoming materials stock and reconcile it with requisition
