Qualification:

Freight Forwarding or Finance degree



Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ experience within a logistics environment – sea freight imports are preferable

Experience with ERP system – preferable Microsoft Dynamics NAV

Knowledge of exports

Knowledge of incoterms



Job Description:

The Logistics Controller will be required to monitor, record and communicate the status and flow of shipments into the country.

In addition, they will be reviewing supplier shipment documents, invoices and freight forwarding invoices and lease with freight forwarder for amendments. Reconciling accounts and filing all imports and exports to meet all SARB and SARS requirements also form part of the job function.
