Job Description

• Manage the supply chain process to ensure timeous and accurate customer order fulfillment.
• Use the Superbalist order management system to ensure order fulfillment based on our order requirements.
• Develop a strong and personal relationship when working hand-in-hand with our courier companies.
• Work with our merchants to arrange product delivery to our warehouse based on our required standards.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with our merchants.
• Work hand-in-hand our warehouse, monitoring stock levels, damaged stock and the like.
• Resolve all purchase order queries with relevant parties.
• Communicate with buyers and the studio on details such as the accurate scheduled arrival and departure of accurate purchase order dates.
• Work hand-in-hand with the buyers in your team.

Key Requirements

• Tertiary Degree or Diploma.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a logistics or coordination role.
• Experience in retail and / or ecommerce is advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently.
• Great eye for detail and methodical.
• Committed, reliable and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Driven and self-motivated.
• Team player that is not afraid to get their hands dirty.
• Efficient and proactive.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Good command of English.
• Confident working on computers
• Must have a keen interest in Fashion.
