Experience in Airfreight, Seafreight, Roadfreight & LCLs

Responsibilities:

· Complete Indents
· Analysis of daily reports to ensure accuracy and transparency
· Keep management informed of any critical issues
· Prepare work procedures and implement improvements. This must be documented
· Prepare monthly statistics of rejected & successful quotes per client
· Maintain good relationships with suppliers and customers
· Ensure all costs are processed and recovered on shipments
· Always work on opportunities for market growth
· Adhere to all SOP’s
· Maintain ISO quality standards and familiarization to adhere to the requirements of the professional accreditation including but not limited to :
· IATA
· FIATA
· NCACC
· NON -PROLIFERATIONS
· CIE
· BEE
· WCA NETWORK
· WORKMAN'S COMPENSATION

Must be able to work on your own with minimal intervention.
