• Matric plus a Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Certificate or Diploma in Project Management
• 5 – 7 years managerial experience in the Logistics / Materials Management environment
• Understanding of the Seasonal working environment
• Intensive understanding of the Import systems
• Communication Skills – (Both Written and Verbal)
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Sound Industrial Relations skills, especially in a Unionised environment
• Proficiency on the MCBA Inventory System
• Computer Literacy – (Advanced MS Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Six Sigma Certificate would be an advantage
