Required immediately for a Contract - based position in a Pinetown bakery.

Requirements:
Strong industrial / labour relations experience, along with the natural ability to control & supervise staff; liaise effectively & efficiently with clients & suppliers.
Experience within the production process - FMCG, Bakery; Food or Dairy environments.
The ability to implement production processes & workflow is essential.
The ability effictively control "crates"; manage the transport fleet as well as contracted "owner / drivers"; to ensure deliveries to customers are on time and as per agreed volumes & timelines.
Matric, with Maths, Science & English
Code 08 licence and own vehicle essential.
The employee will be "on call" and expected to work long hours - overtime and weekends as required.
