Logistics Supervisor – Nelspruit
Salary – R8000 CTC
Duties:
• Distribution Planning, Reverse logistics & Secondary Distribution
• Supervision of Staff – Drivers & General Workers
• Inbound Loads – Auditing
• Administration : Return & Delivery - Inventory and Documentation
• Ensure effective administration done & timeously
• Plan and control of all drivers
• Handling of petty cash
• Debriefing of Drivers, Wages / Overtime reports and submissions
• Compiling and checking weekly wages, trip bonuses and staff overtime
• Driver - on delivery tracking, monitoring and support
• Adhoc duties as required
• ISO9001-2015 knowledge & commitment
• Maintain all aspects of the Depot – Staff, resources, infrastructure
Requirements:
• Competency and efficiency in all Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate / Advanced)
• Matric
• Minimum of 1-2 years Supervisory related work experience
• Minimum of 4-5 years Warehousing & Distribution experience
• Certificate/Qualification in Logistics or studying towards one would be advantageous
