Our client requires the services of a Luxury Brand Manager to develop their brand in South Africa.

Key performance areas:

? Developing, communicating and sharing the marketing vision within the wider departments to ensure the strategy is executed impeccably and timeously in the market
? Custodian of the brand image in South Africa and maintain brand integrity at all times
? Adapt global strategies to suite the SA market
? Analyze the brand’s available A&P and effective investment thereof across available mediums to ensure a return on investment and the maintenance of the brand’s profitability
? Managing Internationals expectations on distribution strategy, ensuring brand integrity at all times, but ensuring opportunities are not overlooked
? Formulating the brand strategy, as well as current and long term growth plans
? Maximize PR exposure for the brand while ensuring a return on investment

The successful candidate must have:
? Matric with a Business /Marketing degree/ diploma
? 5 year marketing or brand management experience – cosmetics industry will be an advantage
? Proven leadership track record
? Valid driver’s license and own transport
? Dynamic, innovative and performance-driven achiever
? Excellent written & verbal communication skills
? Attention to detail
? Computer literate (MS Office & Excel)
