Requirements:

MUST: Matric
MUST: Basic Microsoft Office skills and ability to type at a reasonable speed
MUST: Minimum 2 years customer service experience
MUST: Own transport with Code 8 driver’s license
MUST: Be able to work shifts and public holidays (latest shift till 10pm)
It’s exceptionally important that you are not only professional in manner but are well-groomed at all times
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Self-motivating and enthusiastic – can manage their own time well and have no supervision
This position requires weekend work so individuals need to be flexible
Ability to work under high levels of pressure
Ability to handle difficult customers in a polite and professional manner
Must be able to multi-task
Must have high standard of work ethic and values
