Requirements:

• MUST: Matric
• MUST: Basic Microsoft Office skills and ability to type at a reasonable speed
• MUST: Minimum 2 years customer service experience
• MUST: Own transport with Code 8 driver’s license
• MUST: Be able to work shifts and public holidays (latest shift till 10pm)
• It’s exceptionally important that you are not only professional in manner but are well-groomed at all times
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Self-motivating and enthusiastic – can manage their own time well and have no supervision
• This position requires weekend work so individuals need to be flexible
• Ability to work under high levels of pressure
