A Machine Shop Lead is required in a manufacturing company. The candidate will report to the Production Manager and be responsible for the operation, programming and other production requirements.

1. Technical Skills & Experience:

• Matric with a tertiary qualification in CNC Machining
• Advanced Computer Literacy
• 5-7 years experience  being a machinist
• Understanding and Experience with reading drawings, software programming (3D and 2D) and mill machines.
• Experience with gauges, tools, callipers, micrometers etc.
• Understanding and conforming of regulations and standards related to production

2. Behavioural Skills & Experience:

• Excellent people skills
• Good verbal and written communication
• Excellent multi tasking and technical capabilities
• Professional etiquette and presentation skills
• Detail orientated and committed to growth of business
