Tertiary education in the field of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Maker
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing or TPM methodologies advantageous

WORK EXPERIENCE

At least 5 years working experience in a Manufacturing environment
Production supervisory and/or team leader role advantageous
Experience in CNC turning and drilling machines advantageous
Good understanding of ISO 9001 elements
Ability to apply problem solving techniques
