Our client is looking for a Mechanical trade tested artisan with leadership attributes to join their team.

Skills and knowledge:
• Proficient to fault finding as per drawings, equipment and take corrective action;
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance principles and systems;
• Ability to work accurately and according to precise measurements and specifications;
• Strong communication skills;
• Analytical and diagnostic skills;
• Working experience with high speed bottling machinery (advantageous);
• Working experience on rotating machinery such as fillers, labellers, etc.;
• Competent in turning, milling, argon and arc welding;
• Competent in pneumatics and hydraulics;
• Turning, milling, welding and fitting for fabrication of components;
• Support production department with start-up and fault finding of equipment;
• Assist with change-overs

Qualification:
• Matric with mechanical related trade test certificate,
• Minimum 5 years engineering / maintenance / manufacturing experience in a FMCG environment.
