A Maintenance / Construction Technician is required for our client in the housing development industry

Essential Requirements
Matric
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
Own reliable vehicle and must reside in Pretoria East
A minimum of 5 years working experience in the maintenance / construction industry essential
Must be have strong administration skills including report writing and calendar management
Computer Literate in Microsoft Office and Outlook

Personal Attributes:
Good communication people skills (dealing with tenants)
Good writing skills
Self-Management
Must be able to work independently as well as in a team
