MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- Matric
- Experience in a customer service position
- Experience with GPON infrastructure
- Must be computer literate

- To Coordinate maintenance repairs of the FTTH network
- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal and customer service skills, demonstrate
courtesy and patience in customer relations.
- Excellent organizational skills and efficient in the use of time
- Proven ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills


WORK EXPERIENCE:

- 3 years’ work experience
- 1 years’ working knowledge of customer service, and Fibre related terminology
