Our client, a leader in providing quality animal protein to selected South African and African markets is looking to employ an electrician to join their team.
Responsibilities:
• Routine maintenance on electrical panels, switchgear, motors and field instruments.
• Efficient fault finding and correction on measuring equipment, control and power circuits.
• Assist with continuous improvement of energy efficiency plan as per ISO 14001.
• Inspect and report on safety aspects as per OHS Act.
• Testing and calibration of Field Instruments as per ISO 9001.
• Certify electrical installations.

Requirements:
• Relevant technical trade qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a qualified electrician in a manufacturing environment.
• Orientated work ethic.
• Must be able to improve condition of equipment and system.
• Inspire team members to achieve more.
