MAINTENANCE/ FACILITIES MANAGER | WELL-ESTABLISHED COMPANY

Our client is a well-established company who is seeking an experienced, hands on Maintenance/ Facilities Manager to join their team.

REQUIREMENTS
Clear ITC and no criminal record
Drivers licence is essential
3 years’ experience in a similar role
Efficient, self-motivated, organised, energetic and honest.
Good communicator, good writing skills and good grammar
Good grasp of operations and business practices
Project management skills
Management/scheduling of work related to cleaning ladies and Messenger
Must be able to communicate on Director / CEO level
Able to communicate with construction workers on and off site.
Must be flexible, willing to come out during weekends and after hours
Literate in MS Office

RESPONSIBILITIES
Repairs and Maintenance for the Main Building, Warehouse, assisting other branches
Ensuring the entire building (inside and out) is clean, neat and tidy at all times.
Dealing with contractors and service providers – Plumbers, Electricians, Pest Control
Aircon Units – Servicing, repairs, installations.
Health and Safety (Including fire drills and training)
Projects & Renovations – Project Manage from Initiation phase to close out
Petty Cash control
Coffee, Chemicals stock orders
Orchestration of office shuffles and moves
Creating purchase orders
Training Room Bookings and set ups
Boardroom Bookings and Set ups
Vehicles – Groups monthly reports
Groups Insurance
Recycling company contact
Manage and oversee 6 staff members
