Qualification:

Millwright / Electrician / Fitter Trade Test – Section 13 (Essential)

3 Phase Wireman’s License (advantageous)

NDip in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (advantageous)



Skills & Experience:

Preventative Maintenance

Assist in the development of preventative maintenance plans

Ensure Capex budgets are implemented

Manage stores and Procurement of parts

Manage Artisans and assist in development of junior staff

Establish all budgets related maintenance and repair of the Manufacturing Department

Be responsible for Safety and Quality Inspections on all equipment

Perform budget management, safety and quality inspections

3 – 5 years Maintenance Management experience



Job Description:

As a Maintenance Foreman you will be responsible for both preventative and corrective maintenance. You will also be required to maintain and organize control PLC systems on production equipment. Ensuring Capex budgets are implemented, maintaining PLC Systems and sub-contractors will be another large component of your job. Be responsible for Safety and Quality Inspections on all equipment and ensure budget management, safety and quality inspections. Manage a team of Artisans and a Workshop. 3 – 5 years Maintenance Management experience.
