One of Africa’s largest and most innovative Food and Beverage Company’s is currently seeking a Maintenance Foreman with solid Management experience in the FMCG environment.



Qualification:

Millwright / Electrician / Fitter Trade Test – Section 13 (essential)



Skills & Experience:

Planned and Preventative Maintenance

Improvement of Preventive Maintenance plans

Leading and managing Artisans

Full understanding of the technical aspect

Maintaining Machinery in an FMCG plant

Health and Safety Supervision

Create, manage, and implement maintenance budgets

Utility Management

Maintain and organize control PLC Systems on production equipment

Support the Logistics Department in managing spare stock

Ensure machines are maintained, installed and services work on all production machinery

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Maintenance Management within the FMCG industry (non-negotiable)

Job Description:

Duties and responsibilities will include the management of planning, preventative and corrective maintenance, utilities management, budget management, safety and quality inspections, as well as lead and manage the performance of a team of 20-30 Artisans. Other duties will include the development of a system to regularly improve the Preventative Maintenance plans, maintain and organize control PLC Systems on production equipment.
