Maintenance/Engineering Foreman to support the Mooinooi Operations with regards to maintenance, improving plant availability and controlling costs.

Major tasks of the job:

• The incumbent will be responsible managing the maintenance complement and servicing and repairing of all process equipment.
• Planning and scheduling preventative and planned maintenance.
• Ensures Adherence to the company’s Health and Safety Standards.
• Supervise the Spare Parts Store.
• Capturing of breakdown data and updating of equipment history records.
• Capture and monitor the Maintenance Team’s KPI’s.
• Improve processes and equipment.
• Controlling maintenance costs.

Knowledge/Education Requirement:

• Certified trade test certificate (Section 13)
• Computer literate (Word and Excel).

Experience and requirements:

• At least 5 years related industry experience.
• Previous management experience.
• Code 8 drivers license and own transport.
• Good administration and housekeeping skills are essential.

Personality Requirements:

• Self managed, self-motivated, enthusiastic individual.
• A natural Leader with good communication skills.

• Stay in close proximity of the Mooinooi Plant
• Prepared to be on standby.
