VACANT POSITION – Maintenance HandymanBayshore Inn requires the services of a Maintenance Handyman.A minimum of Grade 12 is required with desired property maintenance experience of1 year. The successful applicant will have excellent attention to detail and is able towork well in team format.DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS? Repairs furniture, cabinets, tables, chairs, doors and windows.? Does elementary painting and polishing.? Checks electrical systems such as refrigeration controls, TV sets, lighting systems and completes minor repairs.? Checks and makes minor repairs to plumbing systems and fixtures such as pipelines, toilets and sinks.? Ensures that all laws, regulations, licenses and EXTRABOLD policies pertaining to the operation of the maintenance function are adhered to.? Ensures that standards are maintained at all times in relation to service delivery and maintenance standards and requirements.? Performs additional duties as required or as requested by the Maintenance Manager or General Manager.
