BEE position.

Qualification with further 5 years Hotel Maintenance experience required.

Manage the entire Maintenance department :

plumbing, electrical (domestic + high voltage), refrigeration, air conditioning, building, carpentry, waste management, projects.

Set the highest levels of acceptability in regards to maintenance in the Hotel.



Able to handle pressure, and still operate effectively

Energetic, proactive person

Good interpersonal skills – able to function as part of a team

Attention to detail and initiative

Diligence and self-motivation to meet deadlines and keep on top of your job

Salary R 25 000.
