Complex Maintenance Manager sought for large conferencing and leisure venue in the Waterberg area. The successful candidate will have experience managing and supervising maintenance programs in large hotels. The package includes accommodation.

Minimum requirements:
Matric
Tertiary qualification in construction/building science/project management/ Qs.
Strong electrical experience – wireman’s license a definitive advantage
Previous building/construction industry skills.
Technical project management experience
8 to 10 years’ relevant working experience
MS Office
MS Project

Salary R35 000 – 40 000 CTC plus accommodation.

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager with strong organisational skills, good communication skills and good interpersonal skills. We need a “hands-on” individual who is able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a good eye for detail. Experience in the hotel industry will be an advantage. The successful candidate will be required to manage and oversee all maintenance and project-related issues for this large venue.
