Main Functions:
This position will overlook Maintenance Activities in the Packaging Center (Solids & Liquids) and Rolling Equipment. In this position you will report directly to the Project Lead Manager.
An exciting opportunity based in Jubail, Eastern province of Saudi Arabia, as Maintenance Manager you will be accountable and responsible for the Packaging Center Maintenance Program and ensure a safe, flexible and dynamic work environment for all maintenance activities with priority to safety.
Develop expertise and capability within various maintenance activities on focus areas such as Solids Packaging Lines, Liquids Drumming Lines, Liquids Loading/Unloading facilities, Rolling Equipment and ensure they have access to industry best practices.
Exemplary SHEQ performance including contractor safety performance is priority to safe maintenance activities.
Leadership, Innovative and “Hands-On” are known to you to meet our expectations and customer requirements.
Special Requirements:
• Minimum work experience of 5 years in managing maintenance projects in the petrochemical industry with at least 3 years in Packaging Center related projects.
• Extended knowledge of high speed high capacity machinery with local PLC steering systems (by preference S7 Siemens) and DCS linked equipment and instrumentation.
• Familiar with Project Management, Maintenance and SHEQ driven standards
• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Organization, Planning and Financial Management Skills
• Proven leadership and people management skills in various project.
• Ability to work well in a cross cultural environment
• Demonstrated ability as a key driver of change management
• Computer literate, Microsoft office, SAP maintenance management system
• Good written and spoken skills in English
