Posiition available in Umhlanga for an experienced Maintenance Manager with Hotel experience.

Responsible for;

Supervising repairs and preventative maintenance for the entire building and surrounding grounds, .i.e. refrigeration, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, etc. as well as repairs to all furniture and fittings.
Supervising the work of maintenance staff in the completion of projects, checks daily maintenance work orders and ensures that all maintenance requests are seen to.

Hospitality experience needed. Salary on offer is R19k per month excluding medical aid and pension fund depending experience
