Our client in the gaming industry requires the services of a suitably qualified, well-motivated and results driven candidate to take up the role of a Maintenance Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Management of all construction projects and complex maintenance
Effectively manage all work according to the policies, procedures and regulations of the Company, and construction industry
Team building and management of staff
Asset and stock control
Budgeting and sound MS Office skills
Manage SLA and work quality of contractors
Effective planning of departmental capex requirements and projects
Interpret results and establish an electrical and technical diagnosis
Manage staff adherence to all OSH Act regulations during the performance of their functions
Have knowledge and experience with tools, equipment and materials
Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately

Qualification and Experience required:
Matric (NQF4)
N3 and/or relevant trade qualifications, apprenticeship recognized by the Department of Labour
At least 5 years’ experience in maintenance
