A Leading company is looking for a Maintenance Manager.

Key Focus Areas:
? Manage a Maintenance team;
? Organizing the day to day running of the Maintenance department;
? HR of the Maintenance department;
? Manage internal maintenance projects and control maintenance costs, equipment
& spares inventory;
? Processing of invoices of purchases made;
? Working independently to ensure minimum downtime;
? Implement equipment upgrades & enhancements;
? Adhering to standby procedures as per company regulations.
What skills / behaviours are required:
? In-depth maintenance knowledge of buildings;
? Appliances and vehicles (diesel & petrol);
? Attention to detail & Admin skills;
? Management and problem solving skills;
? Team work, sense of urgency and results orientated;
? Sober habits, neat and presentable;
? Strong work ethic & Ability to work unsupervised;
? Work flexible and extended hours.
Requirements – Qualifications and Skills:
? Previous experience in Maintenance Management (min 5 years’)
? English & Afrikaans literate;
? Experienced/qualified in electrical (single & three phase)
? Refrigeration & air-conditioning
? Pluming, Sewage treatment systems &Water treatment systems
? Maintenance & repair of buildings
? Valid driver’s license
? Mechanical in vehicle maintenance
? Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office)
