The successful candidate would be responsible for:
• Timeous and effective procurement of engineering spares;
• Adherence to purchasing policies and procedures;
• Supplier evaluation and quality assurance;
• Maintaining sound interdepartmental and supplier communication;
• Inventory management;
• Supervision of engineering stores;
• Maintenance scheduling and planning;
• Departmental administration;
• Adherence to all housekeeping, health and safety rules at all times;
• Commit and comply with requirements of ISO quality system, HACCP, 20 Keys and other company management systems.
