Position: Maintenance Planner

Responsibilities include but is not limited to;
Scheduling Maintenance Tasks to ensure minimum disruption of Production Processes.
Ensure that Equipment & Plant Asset Register in both the Financial & MP2 System is correct & kept up to date.
Ensure all Staff, Contractors, “Vendors”; Suppliers & Material/ Spares details are correct & up to date.
Ensure Maintenance Tasks are detailed according to MP2 System / Manufacturer’s / Maintenance Manager Specifications.
Have a good knowledge of Robotics, Automation and Jigs & Fixtures MP2 work Order Scheduled, Printed, Issued & Received by Maintenance Staff/ Contractors Timeously.
Completed MP2 Work Orders finalized.
Material / Spares / Contract Worker requisitions & Baan Purchase Orders. Critical Spares Availability.
Active role and co-ordination of Asset Care between maintenance and production departments.
Must be able to create & modify CAD drawings for Improvements.

Type: Permanent Remuneration: R 13,000.00

Requirements:
NQF 4 minimum qualification.
MP2 Maintenance Program experience.
2- 3 Years previous experience in a manufacturing / automotive component manufacturing environment in a similar or relevant position. Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, MS Office programs).
Sound knowledge of Baan.
High level of attention to detail.
Must be Able to create & Modify CAD Drawings
Qualified Industrial Engineer (Advantageous)
