Requirements include:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an engineering planner or similar, preferably within the mining industry.
• Relevant Trade Test Certificate to perform maintenance activities.
• N3 Certificate advantageous
• Formal training in project planning and scheduling.
• Sound and correct understanding of equipment reliability concepts.
• Solid appreciation of risk management strategy and practices related to plant and equipment.
• Solid appreciation of quality management methods and practices related to plant and equipment reliability.
