Our client within the refrigeration industry is seeking a well experienced Maintenance and Service Manager.

Requirements:
Completed Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
Proven understanding of and experience in the maintenance and servicing of Industrial and Commercial Refrigeration/Cold Storages preferably in the Retail/FMCG Sector
Strong Technical knowledge in Refrigeration Concepts, Engineering and Components.
3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
High level of organisational planning, teamwork, and analytical reasoning skills.
Valid driver’s licence with own reliable transport.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
Manage and drive effective maintenance strategies (planned, preventative, corrective and emergency maintenance).
Operating at a strategic and operational level.
Generating cost effective preventative maintenance planning and procedures.
Manage and control assets.
Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
Ensure that maintenance teams are suitably trained, equipped, and motivated.
Preparing reports, analysing data, and making recommendations for improving operations and solving maintenance related problems.
Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
Ensure that relevant health and safety policies are complied with.

Willing to travel to Johannesburg & African countries if required to do investigations.
