Requirements:
- Grade 12
- National Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a maintenance / engineering function in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in leading maintenance / technical teams will be an advantage
- PRAGMA experience

Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and develop a team of technical personnel
- Implement and improve effective preventative maintenance programmes
- Manage plant maintenance section optimally to minimise plant downtime
- Ensure efficient operation of all plant equipment
- Ensure critical maintenance KPI's are achieved
- Ensure maintenance budget is spent optimally
