Objectives:
Do maintenance on machinery and equipment:
Executing schedules processed by Elke (Elke Scheduling)
Do maintenance according to the schedules
Receive parts from Engineering stores for scheduled maintenance
Ensure outstanding jobs on schedules are followed up and completed
Ensure finalised maintenance schedules are properly completed, on me and submitted for recording purposesWork according to Company’s safety procedures
Do fault finding on failures and below par plant performance:
Do fault finding and take corrective action
Do reparations based on "Best Practices" and GMP
Ensure programming functionality of process control systems
Report work done on job cards
2IC in absence of Maintenance Manager
Ensure all finalized schedules are maintained properly, on me and submitted for processing
Ensure utility savings initiatives receive highest priority as part of all activities
Continuously driving improvement through Way Better

Requirements:
Trade tested (Millwright)
Specialist maintenance experience in processing machinery & equipment N4 to N6
Understanding of technical drawings and technical guides
Experience on
