VACANT POSITION –Maintenance Supervisor Bayshore Inn requires the position of Maintenance Supervisor.A minimum of Grade 12 is required with a desired qualification in any artisan field. The successful applicant will have at least 2 years of property maintenance experience and is desired to have at least 1 year of hospitality maintenance experience. DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDSAssists in supervising of the staff in the Maintenance Department.Responsible for Health and Safety regulations within the departmentEnsures that all plant and machinery is maintained in accordance with the Preventative Maintenance Schedule.Identifies training needs of staff in the department and trains where necessary.Monitors the level and quality of services performed by outside contractors in accordance with all lease agreements, service contracts and warranties.Ensures that all laws, regulations, licenses and EXTRABOLD policies pertaining to the operation of the maintenance function are adhered to.Performs additional duties as required or as requested by the Maintenance Manager, General Manager and / or extrabold executives.
