Requirements:
? Welding / Boiler Making Qualification – 3 years
? 3 Years’ experience in repairs and maintenance
? Supervision experience
? Code 08 driver’s license
? Preventative maintenance, repairs and breakdowns
? Achieve Legal, BRC and SOP Compliance
? Set S.M.A.R.T KPI’s and objectives
? Rebuild HeatCo’s – project plans to be done stipulating materials needed and timeframes
? Plan, implement staff training and review work performed on a regular basis providing guidance and feedback
