Managed Information Administrator
Seeking an experienced MI Administrator for an established BPO dealing with International and Local clients.

The Role:

The purpose of this role is to deliver operations reports, import data into templates provided and develop reports that will assist the operations to make informed decisions.

Reporting and Forecast
Maintenance

Qualifying Criteria:
Matric / Grade 12 – Mathematics essential
2 years experience as a MI Administrator – Call Centre
MS SQL Experience
MS Reporting
Advanced MS Suite
Excellent written and spoken command of English
South African Citizen’s ONLY

Salary on Offer:
R10,000 – R13,000 CTC per month - Dependent on experience
