Job Description

Bookkeeping to trial balance
Debtors and creditors
Inter-company transactions
Produce and distribute accurate monthly management reports to agreed timescales (Management reports) daily/weekly & monthly
Assisting with detailed preparation of budgets and forecasts
Produce financial reports detailing actual expenditure against forecast to agreed timescales
Produce annual financial reports and statements to agree time scales to comply with the statutory requirements of legal framework.
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements relating to financial control, financial management and accounting
Ensure that all balance sheet reconciliations are produced on an accurate and timely basis to include bank reconciliations, debtors, creditors and inter-company account
Other duties as delegated from time to time

Minimum Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualification
At least 2 working experience and understanding of Costs and Management Accounting
Strong Pastel & relevant Microsoft Office experience
Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Must be fluent in Afrikaans & English
Self motivated individual who must be able to handle pressure
Must have a driver’s license and own transport
