Minimum 3-5 years Management Accountant experience – essential

Advanced Excel – essential

IT savvy – essential

ERP System experience – essential

Sound knowledge of accounting principles – essential

Experience in analyzing large amounts of data – essential

Database experience – advantageous

The ability to make logical analysis

Meticulous and high attention to detail

Being commercially aware and forward-thinking

A self-starter



Job Description:

This crucial function includes, but will not be limited to, the following:

Producing monthly management accounts, including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow

Preparation of month and year-end files

Creating and implementing best practices to support and ensure efficient decision-making

Co-ordinating and preparing the annual budget process

Financial planning and analysis

Management of a junior member of the team

Forecasting

Reporting on key business numbers

Managing the fixed asset register

Monthly report of accruals to beneficiaries

Managing of the foreign currency and controlling exchange

Compliance-related functions

Ad-hoc duties
