Job Description:

Management Account preparations.

Management Account consolidations (as a backup).

Preparation of annual budgets.

Integral part of the audit process – assist auditors and finance team with the audit.

Drafting of Financials (as a backup).

Project Management; various accounting projects, and due diligence projects.

Prepare the monthly accounts including the following:

Ensure that all invoicing has been done.

Ensure that costs are accounted for and if not, do the necessary accruals.

Analysis of gross margin to ensure accuracy.

Analysis of expenses to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Following up and resolving queries on the accounts.

Working with the Business Unit Manager in ensuring accurate figures.

Attend monthly Business Unit meetings.

Assist with forecasting of the business units.
