Qualification:

CIMA / ACCA qualification (Must have completed)

Travel booking systems: Dolphin Dynamics, iVector and Amadeus

Accounting systems: Info Q&A and Union SUN



Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 - 5 years commercial experience

Strong IFRS knowledge and experience in preparing external accounts

Experience in a service industry, preferably travel

B2B and B2C transactions

Demonstrable experience in accounting for consumption taxes on transactions

Managing Payroll, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for approximately 250 people

Understanding of transfer pricing and intercompany transactions

Experience working in a global business

Travel industry commission systems

German, Belgian or Dutch languages desirable

Experience communicating with external auditors, regulatory authorities and banks and managing compliance requirements



Job Description:

Managing the finance processes and systems as the business grows.

Front line support and financial analysis for all client account management and business development.

Statutory and management reporting.

Reporting branch performance for monthly Group management accounts.

Controlling financial and non-financial metrics and knowledge base.

Accounts payable, Accounts receivable and cash flow, covering B2B and B2C transactions.

Business partner to the EMEA management teams.

Ensuring that payroll and other operating costs are processed, understood and managed to agreed budgets.

Management reporting is accurate and delivered in specific timelines.

Production of monthly management accounts.

All contractual and commission revenues are billed and collected.
