Qualification:

BCom / BBusSc

CIMA with strong accounting operations background



Skills & Experience:

Strong investment funds industry knowledge

Strong project management and organizational skills

Ability to multi task

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role



Job Description:

Gather and analyze financial information for internal use

Assist with budget process including Forecasting for Operating and Capital expenditure

Do strategic cost analysis and business cases for any revenue growth and cost saving opportunities

Develop client specific fee cards and scenario planning for approval for new business initiatives, undertaking costing analysis, FTE evaluation and RFP support

Management reporting to review progress against budget, variances and remediation required

Providing transparency of costs to Exco of all costing estimates and analysis

Prepare and report capital expenditure expenses along with variance analysis to management

Responsible for the costing of strategic projects and detailed tracking of actual expenditure to approved budget, variance analysis for reporting to management

Assist the company in managing its investment portfolio

Evaluate the company’s performance using key data

Make forecasts to assist business planning and decision-making

Conduct risk assessment and advise on ways to minimize risk
